How can I track my item once it has been sent?

Once your order has been placed and prepared ready for shipment an email will be sent with the tracking details, if you have made an international order we advise that you check on your parcel through its journey as you can often see if and when you need to pay any customs charges. 

Do you accept returns?

We accept items for return that are unworn & have their swing tags attached within 14 days after purchase. Please see our returns page for more information.

I have a gift card, how do I use this?

You can redeem your gift card on any item in our online store up to one calendar year from the purchase date. Simply choose your item and enter your gift code at checkout to redeem the voucher. Please note gift cards cannot be redeemed at our pop-up events without prior approval.

Where do you source the items for resale?

Our items come to us from a few different sources, we sell on behalf on individuals within the curate community, we work directly with brands and boutiques to relieve them of their excess stock and/or samples, and we also work with upcoming brands and designers.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, if your country is not listed for shipping please do get in touch as we can assist with this.

I am an emerging designer, can we work together?

We would love to hear from you if you feel your pieces are a good fit for Curate & Rotate. We love to collaborate!

Do you loan your pieces for fashion shoots?

Yes we can, please get in touch and let us know your requirements and we will see if we can make it work.

Do you make repairs to items that need some TLC?

Yes we do! We spend a lot of time with our seamstress making repairs and alterations to items that need some love!

Do you have a store? 

We do not have a store, instead we work from our studio just outside of Brighton, East Sussex. We hold pop-ups throughout the year, so please do sign up to our mailing list for announcements of dates. If you are interested in visiting our studio this is something we might be able to assist with, dependant on the enquiry as we are a working studio. Please do get in touch with us to discuss.
